The Withywood Centre has a range of spaces available to hire. From one-to-one meetings to conferences of up to 120 people, we have an ideal room or hall available to suit all events. Our halls are also available to hire for things such as children's parties and baby showers. If you are looking for a room/hall to hire please contact us or go directly to our booking system, Skedda. All hires come with the layout to suit your needs and includes many facilities as listed below.

Meetings & Conferences
The Withywood Centre is an ideal venue for your conference/meeting with a free on-site car park for up to 75 vehicles. Our car park has 24/7 CCTV surveillance. There is also an on-site café that can be used by all guests at the Centre.
We have modern facilities including two halls which can be combined and used as one. The Geoff Cargill Hall and Mendip Hall can hold a maximum capacity of 70 and 50 people respectively. When combined the hall can hold up to 120 people.
The Brunel Meeting Room is a modern space on the second floor that can accommodate 25 people. It is fully accessible.
We have two pods available that are perfect for up to 4 people. They are ideal for small meetings, phone/video conferences, interviews, private consultations, counselling and more. Each pod is fitted with panic alarms that connect directly to Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
We are not currently taking bookings for evening parties. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Our halls are available to hire for private events 7 days a week. We can facilitate children's parties, baby showers and other occasions you may request. We allow things like bouncy castles and soft play to be used but you must arrange for this yourself. You can bring your own catering and decorations.
The cost for private hires for special occasions are as follows:
Geoff Cargill Hall - £65*
Combined Halls - £110*
We also require a returnable damages deposit of £50.
*Cost when booking 2.5 hours. If more time is required, it will be charged at £35/hour in the Geoff Cargill Hall and £45/hour in Combined Halls.
